Unlocking Pathways: Journey in Simplifying Business Immigration

Yuliya Veremiyenko

Moving to a foreign country for business brings exciting opportunities, but it also comes with immigration challenges. Maneuvering through complex legalities, documents, and requirements can be daunting, especially for experienced entrepreneurs. That’s where Yuliya Veremiyenko-Campos, founder and Managing Attorney of YVC Legal, shines. She’s dedicated to streamlining the process and turning the dream of doing business in the United States into a reality.

As an immigrant herself, Yuliya shares a journey to the United States that resonates with many foreign entrepreneurs aiming to set up their businesses in a new land. Hailing from Ukraine, her background connects her to the frustrations and complexities linked with immigration procedures. Having personally experienced the demanding immigration journey, Yuliya has cultivated a deep understanding of the struggles faced by business owners when confronted with similar hurdles.

Being an entrepreneur at heart, she was drawn to the world of law, specifically business immigration law. Boasting three law degrees – a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in International Law from Ukraine, along with a Master of Law from the United States – Yuliya possesses a distinctive skill set to guide her clients through intricate legal landscapes in various nations. Her background in international law equips her to adeptly comprehend and manage foreign documents that often pose difficulties for other legal professionals.

In the early stages of her legal journey, Yuliya recognized the need for a more client-centric approach. To fulfill this vision, she founded YVC Legal with the aim of delivering high-quality services that prioritize the client’s goals, concerns, and aspirations throughout the legal process.

“At YVC Legal, our focus is on high-quality, personalized service,” Yuliya says. Each client’s success is a priority for her, as evidenced by her commitment to being readily available at every stage of the process. She recognizes that business owners seeking immigration assistance require a guiding hand to navigate them through every detail, no matter how minute.

“I enjoy working with these people,” Yuliya says, referring to her clientele. These individuals demand legal expertise and a partner who understands their journey and ambitions. With a distinct focus on business immigration, she caters to the unique needs of entrepreneurs and investors who seek to invest in the US economy.

In her practice, Yuliya’s experience as an immigrant and her experience in entrepreneurship have proven to be invaluable assets. “Being from an entrepreneurial family, I understand how my clients think and what they’re looking for ultimately.” she says.

Yuliya’s areas of practice are primarily EB-5 visas, which grant permanent residency to investors who make a qualifying investment in the US economy. Along with that, she also focuses on the E-2, L, EB-1A, and EB-2 National Interest Waiver visas and immigration programs. Many of these visas are pivotal to attracting foreign investment, fostering economic growth, and creating job opportunities for American citizens.

As YVC Legal continues to flourish, Yuliya envisions its growth as a catalyst for successfully fostering business ventures and contributing to the prosperity of the United States.
